My love for learning and reading books have made me realize that I have a desire to be a librarian, and it began when I was still in middle school. I became a volunteer at my neighborhood library, shadowed a librarian, and also started my tutoring career. Before graduating from high school, I concluded that I wanted to pursue the library and information science fields. I am studying Professional Writing, Technology, and Rhetoric for my undergraduate degree at the University of South Florida-Main Campus. The library field is changing expeditiously and I want to incorporate my knowledge and skills of technology and writing to the professional world of library science. My desire of learning something on a daily basis feeds my devotion to teaching and empowering others.Currently, I can tutor algebra, biology, French, Spanish, literature, grammar/mechanics, and public speaking. I'm available to help prep for the ACT, or to teach efficient organization and study skills. When I'm not studying or tutoring, I like to read, paint, and cook. I stay active by rollerblading and swimming.
